Surveillance, larvicidal activities are the key factors in prevention of Dengue infection. Once infection has occurred, morbidity and mortality can be minimized with close monitoring and exemplary medical management. Patient presenting late in the course of the disease can run into hurdles, therefore timely checkup and close monitoring is the way to save lives.
